What kind of influence do you think Michael Savage listeners would have if he told them who to vote for, he did it for Bush in the last election. It seems he thinks all of the current people running are poor candidates.

I think that you have to listen to Sean to hear more than just who is coming up. However, I believe that you are pretty correct in your assessment of him. I find him to be a whiner, especially when he gets someone on the air with him who is reasonable, even if you don’t agree with them (e.g. Mike Farrell, from a few year ago), and he gets in attack mode and vitriolic. It is amazing.

of course talk radio’s main objective is to make money for their sponsors. my personal favorite is rush limbaugh. sean hannity wouldn’t know how to prep his show if he came on ahead of rush, he’s a rush wannabe. all of them give the democrat primaries too much air time. i couldn’t care less which of the commies win. we have to concentrate on defeating either or both of the bastards. then leading the republican party back to it’s conservitive roots.

I think Barak Obama is the best of the three. He is the best one to unite the parties and the country. He has the vision and the wisdom to lead the country in the direction we need to go. I love his health care plan because while it assists those who really need it to get health care, it also puts some of the responsibility on the people who can afford it to help provide for themselves. The middle class are who is getting hit so hard, and I love his plan to cut the taxes of the middle class and to allow corporate CEOs and the very wealthy to carry more of their share of the load. Whoever thinks any one or a combination of these three traitors of the Constitution are going to change anything at all is dilusional. Wake up! We already missed the boat by not electing Ron Paul, the only candidate who speaks Constitutionally and whose main concern is America and her well being. People today vote according to what they want from government for themselves, not what’s best to keep American government bound down by the restrictions placed on them by the Constitution. We are a nation with a government, not the other way around! This government only refers to the Constitution when it benefits them, and ignore it when it doesn’t. Most of our government elects should be removed from office and replaced with real Americans who care about this country and want to preserve it according to the Constitution. If you can’t agree with that, you are part of the problem here, not the solution. The further we stray away from the principles of the Constitution, the more socialist and controlling the government becomes over our personal affairs. Donald, I see where you are coming from. I do understand that the New Testament doesn’t necessarily say the word “tithe” however it certainly does imply it. You are correct in the 10 percent in the Old Testament, however, the New Testament would often average out to be roughly 27 percent. Regardless, it doesn’t hold much validity to this conversation, it is simply implying that we give sacrificially. This is clearly the meaning of the story that you pointed out. (The widow’s mite”),this can be clearly interpreted in Romans 12:1-2. If I have understood what you have said above correctly, it seems that you may oppose the idea of giving your money back to God. I make my case on this: Money is the one materialistic item that we must have in order to survive. I would say it is very much an absolute necessity for living. Some skeptics may try to weasel their way out of such analogy as making a statement that “I can just grow my food and live off of the land.” However, you must use money to purchase the land, the seeds, and etc. Money is the food which the country feeds from. By giving your tithe back would be as a sacrificial obedient act of worship. When “James” speaks of the love of money is the root of all evil, I think he was certainly implying something about giving back of money. Also to understand what a tithe is, is totally imperatively. Tithe was taught to be the first crops or whatever else was used, but it can be modernize by accurately interpreted as a source of income which would be money. Money is the very substance or materialistic item that must be obtain by one person to sustain life. This is where I would like to believe that FAITH is tested. Sometimes I think that we all struggle with this; we become too dependent on money, and as a result we neglect God. We often try to justify that the bible in the New Testament does not say the word Tithe. If we hold to and do nothing but justify this we run into a problem with the RAPTURE. Do you think that Jesus is not coming back to call up the dead in Christ, and the ones that are still remaining, just because the bible does not simply say the word “rapture”. I certainly hope that we do not become so naive; that we become a skeptic and lose the true meaning of the text.

For the Political:
I am a conservative, therefore, I uphold absolute truth by holding fast to the Word of God. I can’t really get a peace about voting for any of the 3 main candidates. What I am about to say will sound hypocritical, but “Bob Barr” seems to be one of the best. I do not agree with everything that he says, but….. he seems to have a good well rounded point of view. To me, he seems to be the only one to appear to be concerned with America and not only for himself. If he will follow through with his statements. Which, involves off-shore drilling and to drill Alaska as a result of integrity, our economy will quickly progress for the better. Not to mention will ensure us with more safety. I must agree with “Barr” we are way to dependent on other countries. To improve our economy, our safety, and once again be an INDEPENDENT country. We must start drilling here and building refineries. However, we can not be totally dependent on the president rather, we the people need to have a larger and much louder voice than the environmentalist have. We need a president who will listen. I honestly think that “Bob Barr” is the candidate who will listen and bring rapid change to this country. On the bases of his speeches.
